Private Classes are a great aid for training. With a one on one student to teacher ratio, individual lessons let you move at your own pace while also offering the flexibility to work around your schedule.
Don’t like grappling? Stand up training doesn’t interest you? One on one training sessions allow you to tailor the lesson exactly as you like. Want half an hour of takedowns and half an hour of cardio? No problem. The lesson is limited only by your imagination.
