Fitness Kickboxing

Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:15-8:15pm   

Saturdays 10-11am

If you’d like to get in the same shape as a kickboxing or Mixed Martial Arts competitor, but not take the same abuse, the Fitness Kickboxing class is for you. A non-contact workout class that borrows conditioning elements from Muay Thai Kickboxing, Olympic lifting, Yoga, gymnastics, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, amateur wrestling, kettlebell training and more.
